What is Brain & Cognition?
Brain & Cognition is a targeted supplement for the over-50s, combining essential nutrients to support brain health, mental performance, and cognitive function. It includes a patented healthy ageing blend plus BioPerine®, a black pepper extract to support absorption – especially important for the ageing gut.
High-quality omega-3 DHA supports normal brain function, while pantothenic acid (B5), iron, iodine, and zinc contribute to memory, concentration, and cognition. B vitamins, magnesium, and L-methyl folate promote psychological wellbeing, healthy homocysteine levels, and red blood cell formation.
Added antioxidants – vitamin E, selenium, resveratrol, green tea and grape seed extract – help protect cells from oxidative stress, supporting long-term brain and nervous system health.

“My passion is to help the over 50s stay healthy and stay active. My aim is to help demystify supplements by explaining the ins and outs of health and nutrition.”

Reliable service
The email notification from FutureYou Cambridge that the next batch of my supplements is about to be sent is helpful and it is an opportunity to postpone, change or cancel my subscription. My supplements arrive in a timely fashion, well packaged in cardboard, which can be recycled.

Great products and service
I like the level of information this company has on its products. The products are high quality and the service is great. If I am taking a supplement long term it’s great to be able to buy multiple packs at a slightly lower price.
