Delivery information

UK deliveries

  • Free standard delivery on all UK subscription orders and one-time purchases over £25.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery available for £5.
  • Same-day despatch if ordered before 12 noon on a working day; otherwise within one working day.
  • Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days.

International deliveries

Europe (EU)

We ship directly to the following EU countries via our courier partner FedEx, on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Spain.

  • Tracked and signed delivery: flat rate of £10.
  • All import duties and taxes are included in your order, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
  • Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. Timelines may vary by country due to customs checks.

Other EU countries

If your country is in the EU but not listed above, we're currently unable to ship to you directly. Please contact our Customer Care team and we'll be happy to point you to one of our other European stockists.

Non-EU European countries

For non-EU European countries, we currently ship to Switzerland via our partner Royal Mail.

  • Tracked and signed delivery: flat rate of £10.
  • Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Timelines may vary due to customs checks.
  • Orders may be subject to local VAT and customs charges, payable by the customer on delivery.

Rest of world

  • Standard delivery: £8.
  • Tracked/signed delivery: £15.
  • Canada: please allow up to 15 working days for delivery via our partner Royal Mail.
  • Rest of the world: please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery via our partner Royal Mail.

Customs & VAT

  • For the EU countries we ship to directly (listed above), all duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
  • Orders to Switzerland and the rest of the world may be subject to local VAT and customs charges. These are payable by the customer on delivery.

Delivery restrictions

  • We do not ship to Australia or New Zealand, as our products are already locally distributed in these countries, or to Russia or North Korea.
  • If you're unsure about product restrictions in your country, please check with your local authorities before ordering.
  • For rest-of-world orders, please note that we are not liable for orders that face customs issues or additional customs charges. If customs return your order, we'll refund you minus postage costs.
