As Prime Fifty moves to its new dedicated website, we understand you may have questions — especially if you currently subscribe. Here’s everything you need to know.

If you currently subscribe to any Prime Fifty product through Future You Cambridge, your subscription will continue exactly as it is.
There will be:
- No interruption to deliveries
- No change to pricing
- No action required from you
Your subscription will carry on as normal.
Nothing changes.
If your subscription includes a combination of Prime Fifty and Future You Cambridge products, everything will continue to be processed together as usual.
You will still be able to manage all of your subscriptions in one place via your Future You Cambridge account area.
All existing subscriptions remain fully manageable through the Future You Cambridge website.
You can:
- Change delivery dates
- Update payment details
- Swap or amend products
- Pause or cancel
There is no need to move anything unless you choose to.
If you choose to move your subscription to primefifty.com, we will provide clear instructions to ensure the transition is smooth and uninterrupted.
We will never cancel or change your existing subscription without your confirmation.
No — your current subscription will continue as normal.
However, we will be inviting customers to set up their subscription on the new Prime Fifty website if they would like access to:
- Exclusive subscriber offers
- Prime Fifty–specific content
- Future promotions available only on primefifty.com
This will always be optional.
Prime Fifty now has its own dedicated store at primefifty.com, created specifically to support over-50s health goals with:
- A simplified subscription model (20% off when you subscribe)
- Exclusive bundles and offers
- Tailored content and advice
The science and product quality remain exactly the same — the new site simply allows us to provide a more focused experience.
