These terms and conditions, together with any specific rules set out in Competition Notices (as defined below) are the Competition Rules ('Rules'). By entering a Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

The prize is as stated and will not be exchanged for other items. Prizes cannot be exchanged for their monetary value. No alternative prizes are available.

FutureYou Cambridge reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition, the Competition Notice or these Rules at any time without prior notice.

The winner will be selected at random from all entries. In the event of any dispute regarding the results and all other matters relating to a Competition, the decision of FutureYou Cambridge shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

All Competition rules and regulations are governed by UK Competition laws and regulations. Competition is open to UK residents only.

Entrants must be aged 18 years old or over.

Competition entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date specified on the Competition Notice or Post.

The prize winner will be notified using the details provided by the entrants and within the time specified on the Competition notice or Post. 

Return of any prize notification as undeliverable, or failure to reply within 10 days, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.

Competition winners will be contacted by FutureYou Cambridge to share their email address.

Competition winner name may be published on the FutureYou Cambridge website, FutureYou Cambridge Social Media Pages or other websites associated with it.
