I have had the pleasure of Nadia's support for the second time in the space of two months, on both occasions she has been very prompt, considerate and efficient. Customer services is often the public face of a company, which can either reinforce (customer) loyalty/faith in the brand product or services or destroy it no matter how good they may be. Enthusiastic and professional people like Nadia achieve the former and not the latter. On this occasion due to confusion re subscription I was in error, this compounded by an issue caused by the postal service, Nadia helped to clarify and resolve the issues most satisfactorily. Unfortunately, quite often now days many organisations are let down by their Customer services, this is not the case with Nadia, in fact in all my dealings with Cambridge Nutra have always been very positive, hence why many of the first customers to Cambridge Nutra, like myself have stayed loyal. I have been using Ateronon, now called Ateronon Heart, for a couple of years. I needed to set up a new account and had to call the Future You people. I had to make another call just a little later because I had made a mistake in placing my new order. Both of my calls were answered by Nadia and I was really impressed with how well she solved each of my questions. I found her to be polite, helpful and intuitive. Her experience and skills meant that she knew exactly what I needed to achieve and so was able to offer good advice. This allowed me to make my own choices and made me feel in control of what I was doing. Many online companies are poor in this area of customer services but Nadia at Future You is a great example of the very high standards that make online purchasing a real pleasure.
