When you choose a FutureYou subscription, your supplements will be delivered regularly. You don’t have to remember to call us or take time out of your day to place an order online; we’ll dispatch a fresh pack of your favourite product(s) before you run out, so you’ll always have enough.
Not only is a subscription the most convenient way to purchase your supplements, it is also the most cost effective. We can save time and effort by preparing your order in advance, so we think it's only fair to give you a discount. Taking out a subscription means you can save as much as 25%.
You are in total control of your subscription. There is no contract and you can change, suspend or cancel your subscription at any time. It’s free to set up, and you can do so either online or over the phone. We've worked hard to make sure you have as much control over your orders as possible.
How does it work?
- Find your favourite supplement(s) on the website. Click the ‘Subscribe’ button, then enter your address and payment details at the checkout.
- That’s it! We’ll handle the rest to make sure your supplements always arrive on time.

When you place an order with us:
- We don’t store your full card details
- You can ask us to cancel your payment and remove the details we do store at any time

The payment method applied by FutureYou is called a CPA (Continuous Payment Authority). It is commonly used but little known.
Using a CPA, we can process subscription payments and additional purchases seamlessly without having to store any sensitive information such as your full credit card details. Clever, huh? The credit card networks handle your payments securely in partnership with very select authorised payment processors and your bank. We decided to use CPAs so we can process subscriptions without our customers having to set up a direct debit with their bank, but with the same guarantee that you are in control and you can cancel whenever you want. As of 2015, credit card authorities such as Visa and MasterCard have started rolling out a scheme which automates payment detail updates when customers change or renew cards. Mastercard and Visa have done this to prevent disruptions to subscriptions and the unexpected interruption of services (like your mobile phone). This means that if your bank is participating in the scheme, there is a good chance that when your card expires your new card details may be updated behind the scenes automatically, saving you the time and hassle of re-organising your payments. We don’t even see your new card number.
If this automation feels intrusive, please get in touch with your bank or card issuer to let them know that you would not like to participate in the scheme – they will ensure that FutureYou (and other merchants) no longer provide you with this service. As the process is driven by card networks and co-operating banks, we are unable to prevent your card details from being updated. CPAs are set and cancelled at your discretion. This means that both FutureYou and your bank must cancel any payment agreement upon your request.
To be absolutely clear, we don’t store your card details and, in fact, neither does our payment provider. Once your card is authorised, we use a special encrypted key which is unique to the combination of you, us, your card, and the payment provider. It is the encrypted key that allows the billing to take place. No one can ever find out your card details from us. And because that key contains a reference to us, no one else could ever use it to take money: it simply wouldn’t work. This is the gold standard of online card security.
