What the process is like
We're very careful about who we hire at FutureYou, but we're friendly, open people – so the hiring process is both rigorous and light-hearted.
It's also slightly different depending on what kind of job you are applying for.

With no call limits, no scripts and no sales targets, FutureYou customer service is about doing what's right by the customer, even if that means giving away products for free or pointing them to a competitor.
If you think you're up to the challenge, please send us your CV and a short covering letter about what customer service means to you. Successful applicants will be sent a writing test and have two interviews. The first is a chance to talk to members of the team about your experience and try some role plays. The second is an opportunity to discuss a book about delivering happiness to customers, which we will send to all successful applicants.
We're looking for bright, enthusiastic, humble people. There are no requirements for specific programming skillsets at this stage of our growth – the exciting news is that we have greenfield space to create infrastructure and evolve the platform to be the best in our sector. You'll help to decide how we get the job done.

The first is a chance to visit our technical team and try some exercises in person. The second covers culture fit, and you'll get to meet your future colleagues from across the company.
Our marketing department is highly active. FutureYou has built a large and loyal customer base very quickly by through tested and innovative marketing techniques. We've also had a lot of great coverage in the press.
After we've received your application, we'll send you some written exercises – a good chance to demonstrate your creativity and marketing flair. Successful applicants will then have two interviews at our Cambridge offices. The first is a chance to meet some of the marketing team and talk about your CV and skills. The second covers culture fit, and you'll get to meet your future colleagues from across the company.
