What we are looking for

Experience is great, but we're really interested in temperament and potential. There are five characteristics we think are important in anyone joining the team, because they mirror our values as a business.
You will be assessed on these criteria during the recruitment process, interviews, and throughout your time with FutureYou.
Customer service differentiates us from competitors. Our whole team spends time on the phone, getting to know the people who buy our supplements. Whatever your chosen role, considering the customer will be key.
Our company was founded on the idea of providing products that work, backed up by research. We carry that rigorous, scientific attitude through to all aspects of the operation with an emphasis on constantly testing and adapting our methods. We want to use data to boost our efficiency and help our customers make informed choices.

We're very careful about who we hire at FutureYou, but we're friendly, open people – so the hiring process is both rigorous and light-hearted.
It's also slightly different depending on what kind of job you are applying for.
Experiencing a human connection can make your day. We're looking for bright, compassionate people who genuinely want to improve lives and deliver WOW – and we'll give you the freedom to do it.
With no call limits, no scripts and no sales targets, FutureYou customer service is about doing what's right by the customer, even if that means giving away products for free or pointing them to a competitor.

Successful applicants will be sent a writing test and have two interviews. The first is a chance to talk to members of the team about your experience and try some role plays.
