Jacqui is able to live the life she loves thanks to Turmeric+ Gold

I do want to carry on running. It's my joyful thing. I think it has always been about headspace. Running is as good for your head as it is for your body.

But in 2020 during lockdown I started thinking, crumbs, maybe my running days are over. Maybe I'm going to have to switch more to cycling.

Also, I have two small boys. We've got a five-year-old and a three-year-old. I do quite a lot of the childcare because I’m freelance and work from home. So, having two boys racing around like little nuclear bombs is another big factor.
