Contact usYou can pay for your subscription using a debit or credit card, or via Shop Pay – Shopify’s fast and secure checkout that lets you save your details for next time. All subscription payments are processed using a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA), which allows us to take recurring payments automatically.
Please note, we’re unable to accept cheques for subscription payments.
We use a secure payment method called a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA). This allows us to process subscription payments and any future orders without you needing to re-enter your details and without us storing your full card information.
Your payments are handled by trusted card networks and authorised providers, keeping everything safe and seamless.
We use CPAs instead of direct debits so you stay in control – you can cancel or update your payment method at any time.

Your first subscription order will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, so you should receive it within 2–3 working days.
Future deliveries will arrive every 28, 56, or 84 days, depending on your subscription, and are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class.

You can pause, cancel, or make changes to your subscription anytime by logging into your account. Just click ‘Account’ in the top navigation bar, then find the right product and select ‘Edit my subscription’.
Simply log into your account, click ‘Edit my subscription’ next to the product, and choose a new delivery date that works for you.
Yes – you can cancel anytime, no strings attached.
To cancel online, log into your account, find your subscription, click ‘Edit my subscription’, and select ‘Cancel’ in the bottom left corner of the pop-up.

Most of our supplements are designed to be taken daily, to maintain levels of the active ingredient in your body. But if you need more or fewer packs, you can change your delivery frequency anytime. Just log into your account and click ‘Edit my subscription’ to adjust the quantity or schedule.
Yes! We can deliver internationally, but please note we can't offer free shipping outside the UK. Many customers therefore find it more cost-effective to order larger quantities less often. You can adjust your delivery frequency in your account or call our friendly Customer Care team on +44 1223 750 874 if you need help.

Almost all of our products are available on subscription. The only exception is the larger 120 tablet packs of Prime Fifty supplements – Fighting Fatigue, Healthy Joints, and Strong Bones.
