Take one capsule per day in the morning or in the evening, with or without food. If you wish to take more than one capsule, do not take more than four capsules in any 24-hour period. Leave at least four hours between capsules

There are no reported interactions between any prescription medication and lemon balm extract. However, if you are taking a synthetic sedative, you should consult your doctor or pharmacist before using FOCUSZEN+ as it could increase the risk of drowsiness
