What is CO-ENZYME Q10+
Co-enzyme Q10, also known as CoQ10, is a fat-soluble substance that is very similar to a vitamin. Our bodies naturally produce co-enzyme Q10 and our cells use it to generate the energy we need to function.
Co-enzyme Q10 levels decrease as we age and during the use of statins. Our highly bioavailable formulation allows you to replenish the levels of co-enzyme Q10 in your body daily.
There are two ways in which you can ensure your body absorbs enough of the good stuff when taking supplements. One is to consume a lot of an ingredient, the second is to choose a highly bioavailable version, at FutureYou we prefer the latter. For our CO-ENZYME Q10 supplement, we have selected the Co-Enzyme Q10 Cyclodextrin Inclusion Complex, which is 18x more absorbable than standard co-enzyme Q10. By taking CO-ENZYME Q10+ from FutureYou, you absorb the optimal levels of co-enzyme Q10 and reduce the chance of any potential side effects that may occur when consuming larger quantities, such as diarrhoea and constipation.
